Refund policy

At NovaLuxe, we want you to absolutely love your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!


1. Returns

Novaluxe accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Please note:

  • Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Important:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • NovaLuxe is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or a defective product).


3. Exchanges

Need a different size or style?
We recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for faster processing.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at support@novaluxe.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will happily replace it or offer you a full refund.


5. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@novaluxe.com with your order number and reason for return.
