2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 5–8 business days — $5.99 or Free for orders over $100

  • Express Shipping (USA): 2–3 business days — $19.99

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days — Calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on shipping carriers and customs clearance.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package’s journey.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

NovaLuxe is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your shipment.
All applicable charges are the customer’s responsibility.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

NovaLuxe is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
